Return Guidelines
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. You may return your order if:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item doesn’t match the description
- Your item arrived damaged or faulty
How to Return an Item
We’ve made the return process as straightforward as possible. Choose the method that works best for you:
- By Mail:
Contact us at [email protected] to begin your return. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions. - In Person:
Visit our store with the item and your receipt or order confirmation. A team member will assist you with the return.
Return Costs
While we don’t charge restocking fees, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Refund eligibility:
- Item not received – Full refund (100%)
- Incorrect or not-as-described item – Full refund (after return)
- Damaged or defective product – Full refund (after return)
- Unsatisfied with product – 80% refund (after return)
Order Cancellation
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’re welcome to cancel it. Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected].
